What we do

CRM & automation

Most CRM problems are not really CRM problems. The platform works. What is missing is the layer that decides what happens when a lead arrives at 9pm, when the same buyer enquires twice on two campaigns, or when nobody can say which ad produced the enquiry. We build that layer in GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and connect it to whatever else the business runs on. Both case studies on this page are exactly that work: one took speed to first contact from four to six hours down to under two minutes, the other took cost per qualified enquiry from $142 to $68.

Scope

What's included, and what isn't.

Included
  • Speed-to-lead: automated first contact, so response time stops depending on who happens to be looking at the CRM.
  • Routing and assignment by segment, territory, language, or value band, with escalation when a lead sits unowned.
  • Deduplication: catching the same person arriving twice before two of your people call them.
  • Multi-account and multi-region architecture: one distribution hub, clean separation between teams or markets, one place to maintain the routing logic.
  • Source attribution: UTM capture that survives multi-step forms and session gaps, written onto the record and reportable per market.
  • Deliverability: A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, opt-in flows, and the troubleshooting for when messages start getting filtered.
  • CRM-to-CRM migration: moving platforms without losing history, ownership, or the automations that ran on them.
Not this
  • Platform administration, licensing, and seat management. We build the system; the account stays yours.
  • Enterprise Salesforce implementation, and we will tell you when you need a dedicated Salesforce partner instead of us.
Straight answers

Questions about CRM & automation.

Do you actually do Salesforce and HubSpot, or is this really a GoHighLevel shop? +
All three, on real client work. GoHighLevel is where most of our published proof sits, because both case studies on this site were built on it, but the bench delivers in Salesforce and HubSpot too. A good share of the work is one CRM connected to a stack that was never designed to talk to it.
Can you work in the CRM we already have? +
Usually that is the job. We build inside your existing account, clean up what is there, or start fresh if the current setup is doing more harm than good. Recommending a migration you do not need is a good way to lose a client in month three.
Which CRM should we pick? +
It depends on who has to use it and what has to connect to it, and we will say so on the call rather than steering you toward whichever one is easiest for us. If the honest answer is the platform you already pay for, that is the answer.
What if the CRM is fine and the mess is everything around it? +
That is the common case. Forms that lose their tracking parameters, spreadsheets nobody trusts, and three tools holding the same record. We use Make, n8n, Zapier, and custom APIs to join them up so the same thing is not typed in three places.

An automation, a new app, a website, or a rescue: start with a call. Tell us the problem; we'll tell you the smartest way to solve it.

What happens on the call Thirty minutes. You describe the problem and the stack. We tell you what we'd build, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
