About

One agency for the whole build and the upkeep.

Atomatify is an outsourced technical team. We specialize in CRM and automation, build web and mobile applications, and turn AI-built prototypes into production-grade software. We work directly with agencies and businesses, either on a monthly retainer for ongoing build and support or hourly for smaller, scoped work.

What we do

Automation and software, under one roof.

Most shops do automation or software. We do both, which means the process and the product it runs on are built by the same team, and stay that way.

CRM & automation

Our core. GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and HubSpot, plus the layer around them: speed-to-lead, routing, deduplication, attribution, and deliverability.

How we work

Retainer or hourly. Right tool, not the trendiest.

Ongoing partners work on a monthly retainer for continuous build and support; smaller or exploratory work is billed hourly. For a rescue, we audit before we quote a rebuild, so you never pay to replace something that already works.

  • No reseller in the middleYou work with the people doing the build. Ship it under your brand or under ours; either way the bench is ours, trained and managed in-house.
  • Agencies and businessesDirect client projects, and partnerships with agencies who need engineering muscle in-house.
  • Built to runWe build things meant to hold up every day, then stand behind them on a retainer.
Start a project

Let's build something you can run your business on.

An automation, a new app, a website, or a rescue: start with a call. Tell us the problem; we'll tell you the smartest way to solve it.

What happens on the call Thirty minutes. You describe the problem and the stack. We tell you what we'd build, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
