Frequently asked questions.
The things people ask before the first call: what we do, how we work, and how to get started.
What do you specialize in? +
CRM and automation is our core, across GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and HubSpot, plus web and app development. Most engagements combine them: automate the process, then build the software around it.
Do you work on retainer or hourly? +
Both. Ongoing partners work on a monthly retainer for continuous build and support; smaller or exploratory work can be billed hourly. We'll recommend the right fit on the call.
Can you fix an app built with AI or no-code? +
Yes, it's a core service. We audit, refactor, and harden AI-built and no-code apps into secure, scalable, production-grade software. Bring the messiest prototype you've got.
Do you work with agencies as well as businesses? +
Both. We take on direct client projects and partner with agencies who need automation or engineering muscle they don't have in-house.
What platforms and tech do you use? +
CRM and automation: GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Make, n8n, Zapier, and custom APIs. Web: Next.js, React, TypeScript. Apps: React Native and native iOS/Android. We pick the right tool for the job, not the trendiest.
Do you work in Salesforce and HubSpot, or only GoHighLevel? +
All three, on real client work. GoHighLevel is where most of our published proof sits, because both case studies on this site were built on it, but the bench delivers in Salesforce and HubSpot too. Plenty of the work is one CRM joined up to a stack that was never designed to talk to it.
How do we get started? +
Book a call and tell us what you're building or trying to fix. We'll come back with a plan and the smartest way to approach it, whether that's a project, hourly, or a retainer.
Start a project
Let's build something you can run your business on.
An automation, a new app, a website, or a rescue: start with a call. Tell us the problem; we'll tell you the smartest way to solve it.
What happens on the call Thirty minutes. You describe the problem and the stack. We tell you what we'd build, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
